It wasn’t about data privacy: What eight SMEs think about shared AI

Would you train your AI together with other companies without giving away your customer data? That’s exactly what we asked eight SMEs this summer, together with the ZHAW. You might think the biggest concern would be data privacy. It wasn’t. No one said no. But everyone had concerns. And these concerns are more exciting than any clear “yes.”

No hours of tinkering with templates, no copy-pasting from old mailings. A short prompt, the image to go with it, and the AI took care of the rest for Aivie.

Sounds like a gimmick? Understandable. But behind it lies a lot of work relief. It’s a small, concrete glimpse into a much larger idea of how AI and marketing automation belong together. I’ve summarized the whole thing in a demo.
