Aivie and Mautic have their own “File” form type. This can be used to create a file upload.
For example, for a survey, a registration or an application, it can be very interesting to offer contacts the option of uploading a file.
The “File” field type enables exactly this.
In the settings, you can specify which file extensions should be allowed.
