When I started with Aivie, I was always picked up on my current level of knowledge and given support to become firmly established – both in the UI and in understanding the code behind it (including cronjobs, using the console). Feedback on the assessment of problems and the evaluation of some solutions offered by the Mautic community (e.g. plugins) was also helpful.
