Aivie can be set up so that each email is sent on behalf of the account managers (owners). This can be changed via email or in the global settings.
Each Aivie user has their own signature. In it, it is possible to define how to end the e-mail to its contacts.
This can be attached to the end of the email using the token {signatur}.
Since this field is not multilingual, we recommend keeping it as concise or general as possible.
Normally, it would just be: |FROM_NAME|. This placeholder is then replaced by the system with the first name and last name and displayed where the token {signatur} is located.
You can also omit the placeholder and directly enter text such as the first name.
If no owner is available, the default text from the settings will be used.
Tip: To display all your contacts without an owner, you can use the search functions with the operator is:unowned to display all these contacts.
