By default, Aivie is set up so that each email is sent on behalf of the account managers (owners). This can be changed by e-mail or in the settings.
Each user/owner has their own signature. In it, it is possible to define how to end the e-mail to its contacts.
Since this field is not multilingual, we recommend keeping them as concise or general as possible.
So normally only: |FROM_NAME|. This placeholder (token) is then replaced by the system with the first name and last name.
If there is no owner, the default text from the settings is used
