A selected contact or all contacts can go through the campaign again.
Within a running campaign
Within a campaign, the “Change campaign” action can be used to have a single contact run through the current campaign again.
In addition, the “Jump to event” action can be used to jump to any action within a campaign.
Make sure that the action has an appropriate delay (“Execute this event after”). Otherwise, your campaign will end in a very fast endless loop.
Manual restart (often for tests)
If you want to have a contact run through a campaign again, you can move the contact to the corresponding segment or activate the desired campaign directly on the contact. To do this, click on the small triangle for more actions on the contact details page.
If you want to be on the safe side, you can also clone the campaign. This will delete all contact states and they will run through the campaign completely again.
In order for a contact to run through a campaign multiple times, the campaign must be set to “Allow contacts to restart the campaign”.
