How can I change my logo?

The logo can be changed centrally in the template settings:

  1. Template settings: Log in to your Aivie account and navigate to the settings > Configuration > Template settings.
  2. Update logos: Under template settings you will find fields for logo color and logo white. Here you can select or upload the new logo.
  3. Save changes: After you have entered the new logo, don’t forget to save your changes. If you have given the logo the same name, this will update the logo on all pages.

As the design settings are managed centrally in Aivie, you can keep the logo consistent across all channels. If you want to update content that has already been created, such as emails, you must select the same file name and the same storage location.

However, it is important to note that changes to the template settings have no effect on emails that have already been sent or created, as these have already been generated. Only future emails and pages that are generated after the change will show the updated logo.

Pages provided by Aivie such as the contact settings page, the error page, etc. are automatically adjusted.
