A CSRF error message means that your cookie has expired and you need to log in again.
If you have not performed any action with Aivie for a long time, you may see the following error message:
“CSRF token error. Refresh the page and try again.”
You can then continue working on the current page, but Aivie will not let you save. To avoid losing the entered data, you should reload the page 1 time (F5).
How can data loss due to a CSRF error be avoided?
If you come back to Aivie after a long time, it makes sense to reload the page as a precaution. Or navigate to another page and then back to the desired page.
