What happens if a marketing email has already been sent to the contact?

If a contact has already received an email marked as a marketing email, Aivie remembers it and it is not sent again.

On the Campaign you can set whether it is a marketing or a transactional email.

If it is a marketing email, Aivie ensures across all Campaignthat the email is only sent 1x to the contact.

If the Campaign tries to redeliver an email, this will be prevented and Campaign will continue normally. So, for example, 3 days is waited until the next email is sent.

In the contact history, a red Attention icon indicates that the email could not be sent. Details can be displayed by clicking on the icon.
