Automatically transfer contacts and companies to Bexio

The Bexio transfer can be used as an action in an Aivie/Mautic campaign. As soon as a contact reaches the defined step, the existing personal and company data is sent to Bexio. If needed, you can also transfer individual contacts directly from the contact detail page.

Process orders from marketing and commerce

Purchases from connected commerce processes can be transferred to Bexio along with the associated contacts and order line items. Multiple orders can also be processed in a controlled way. The primary order contact ensures the order is assigned to the right person or company.

Create invoices to match your payment process

Invoices can be created in Bexio from transferred orders. Payment types can be mapped to the appropriate Bexio payment methods and bank accounts. Depending on your process, you define when an invoice is issued and when it is marked as paid. Discounts are clearly shown as separate line items.

Detect existing records and track workflows

The integration checks existing Bexio contacts to avoid unnecessary duplicates. Transfers and relevant status changes are documented in the contact history. This way, your team can still track what was synced and when later on.
