E-mail preview for specific contacts
In the new version, emails can be viewed for specific people. For example, if an owner signature is used in the content, you can check whether this is displayed correctly.

Code support for dependencies and conditions
It may sound a bit technical at first glance, but it’s a feature that you can easily use with good examples.
As before, you can insert lines of (Twig) code in Dynamic Content or in the email builder. The new display is easier to understand and use thanks to the nicer layout. You can think of it as small “if-then” statements – simple rules that automatically display the appropriate content (if contact owner A then display image A and name A, otherwise contact owner B with image B and name B).
Here are some examples of cases where this can be useful:
- Gender: Create a dynamic content with the conditions for the correct address.
- Segments: If a contact is assigned to segment A, then output text A here (adapted to segment A). If the segment is not assigned, output text B (generic content, not adapted to a segment).
- Contact owner: Include the appropriate owner image and possibly other text in each e-mail through this condition.


New editor for emails and landing pages
The e-mail editor has been significantly revised and the user-friendliness optimized. Here are a few points in focus:
- The individual modules in an email (e.g. a text block, an image, a button, etc.) are now built in individual blocks. This makes it easy to change the order or add new modules anywhere in between.
- There are now individual modules (blocks) for the headings. This means that the hierarchy of the headings can be easily maintained and there is no need to consider the size, style etc. of the individual headings, as these are defined globally in the template settings.
- In addition to the heading block, the list (enumerations, with bullet points or numbered) is now also a separate module, as it can be easily inserted and used with a fixed style.
- The division of blocks for inserting and the style settings has been made clearer, to the right and left of the builder. This means that the styles and blocks can always remain open – ready to use.
- The file manager comes in a new, clear design. A standard file manager window can now be seen, whereby files can be searched for or placed in different folders.
- Mobile vs. desktop: For example, a button often needs a slightly different layout on mobile than on desktop. You can now define this directly with the setting in the builder – for a single block or for an entire column group (section).

New campaign statistics
Now you can no longer only see statistics on the campaign itself in the campaigns. It is also possible to see statistics on the emails from the campaigns. This creates a valuable overview. It is also directly visible when contacts actually read the emails compared to when they were sent. This can be used to determine inputs for good sending times.
It is also exciting to compare different campaigns with different content on these statistics.

Topic-based lead scoring
A real highlight of the upgrade is the new lead scoring by topic or point group. Previously, all points were collected in a single overall score – now you can cluster them according to areas of interest or topics.
This allows you to see at a glance what a lead is actually interested in – e.g. “Product A”, “Service B” or “Events”.

Intelligent text creation with ChatGPT-5 in the e-mail wizard
Working with the new email editor is now even more efficient – thanks to integrated AI support.
ChatGPT-5 is now available in the Aivie Email Wizard to help you with text creation. Whether it’s a greeting, subject line or a snappy call-to-action – with just a few keywords, the AI generates high-quality text suggestions in seconds, which you can use directly or customize individually.
Less time pressure and more creative freedom:

Optimized management of e-mail unsubscriptions
With this update, we have improved the management of unsubscriptions for e-mail messages. It was important to us that we can already offer a simple and beautiful preference center page (contact preferences) by default. In the example below you can see the current version, which is only available with Aivie without having to create it yourself.
The example shows how to simply unsubscribe from all email marketing – see “Unsubscribe from all marketing messages”.
A distinction is now also made between transactional and marketing emails. This means that customers can no longer accidentally unsubscribe from transactional emails such as “Renew password” or “Order confirmation”. The setting for “do not contact” therefore has no effect on this type of email.

Small but mighty
In the contacts, tags can now be removed directly with a click. This makes working with tags more efficient and convenient.
It’s often not just the big, obvious features that make our everyday lives easier, but also small, subtle adjustments.

User interface
The user interface has a new, more modern look that makes working with Aivie even more enjoyable. The developers of Aivie have optimized many things to create a user experience that is simple and self-explanatory.
Some examples:
- Filter: To filter, you no longer need to know which search operator you need. You can use the quick filter view to quickly and easily set filters for segments, owners and more.
- Campaign Builder: New, modern design in the campaign builder.

As usual, important security updates are also made during the upgrade. Security is always very important to us, so from our point of view this is always worth mentioning.
The performance of the tool has also improved with all updates. You will notice and appreciate this in your daily work with the tool.
