Send your emails as usual – simply put DU@REGION.aivie.cc<\/a> in BCC<\/strong>. Aivie automatically recognizes the message, assigns it to the right contacts and files it as a note<\/strong>. This keeps your communication centrally documented – without a new tool, without copy-paste, without data waste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Send as usual<\/strong>Compose emails in your usual mail client (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail etc.). Enter your BCC address if you want to file the email – done. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Automatic assignment to contacts<\/strong>Aivie attaches the email as a note<\/strong> to all recipients from the TO<\/strong> and CC fields<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Own domain is ignored<\/strong>Internal addresses of your domain (e.g. @aivie.ch<\/strong>) are not<\/strong> recorded as contacts and are not<\/strong> appended. This keeps the history clean. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Contacts are created or added to<\/strong>New recipients are created automatically, existing ones are enriched. Aivie recognizes the name<\/strong> from headers and addresses. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Only relevant content<\/strong>Aivie saves the essential message text<\/strong> in simplified HTML (without layout ballast). Forwarded content<\/strong> and attachments<\/strong> are recognized and hidden so that only the relevant content remains.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    • Encryption<\/strong>Transport encryption(TLS<\/strong>) on receipt and encrypted storage<\/strong> at-rest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Selectable data storage location<\/strong>Select the storage location<\/strong> within our available regions (e.g. DE\/CH) to suit your compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n
