Aivie/Mautic imports new articles from your blog and delivers them to your contacts regularly by email.

This keeps your audience informed while your team spends less time on recurring newsletters.

Create automated blog newsletters from an RSS feed

An RSS feed contains the latest posts from your website. Aivie reads this content and uses the title, introduction, image, and link for the newsletter. As soon as a new post is available, it can appear in the next email.

You can set up a fully automated blog newsletter or combine an editorial introduction with automatically imported articles.

Regular newsletters without repetitive copy and paste

Save time: No need to transfer blog titles, teasers, and links for each email.

Inform contacts reliably: Deliver new articles regularly.

Drive website visits: Guide readers back to the full post via direct links.

Stay editorially flexible: Supplement automated articles with a personal introduction.

Make better use of existing content: Turn every blog post into another touchpoint.

How to automate your blog newsletter

Provide your blog’s RSS feed.

Connect the feed to your email content in Aivie/Mautic.

Define which elements from the post should be displayed.

Add an editorial section if needed.

Define your target audience and sending schedule.

Review the preview and activate the campaign.

Use RSS newsletters for content marketing and nurturing

Meike can continuously reuse blog posts without creating a new email from scratch for each article. This workflow is particularly suitable for specialist blogs, news sections, knowledge platforms, and regular updates.

Agencies can reuse the same setup for multiple clients, offering predictable content nurturing.

Integrate blog RSS feed in Aivie/Mautic

The video shows how to integrate an RSS feed into your Aivie email.

[embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhyjA7oPO28[/embedyt]

For Google News feeds, you can find more information in the Google documentation. For WordPress, an RSS plugin such as GN Publisher can be used, for example.

Send blog posts automatically with Aivie

Use Aivie free for 30 days and turn your blog posts into a regular newsletter.

Lass deine Kontakte nicht warten.

Kostenlos mit Aivie starten.

Nutze Aivie 30 Tage lang kostenlos und prüfe wie du dank Aivie deine Kontakte gezielt erreichen kannst.
