Campaigns should always serve a purpose and not be too extensive.
\nAs a rule of thumb: A campaign should fit on the screen.<\/p>\n

For more complex Campaign, it is recommended to create sub-campaigns.<\/p>\n

Creating campaigns<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Select “Campaigns” in the sidebar<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click “+New” in the upper right corner<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Give your campaign a name<\/li>\n
  4. Select a category for your campaign
    \nAttention, when a campaign is published, it runs.<\/span><\/em>
    \nOnly activate the campaign after testing.<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. Start the campaign builder via the button in the upper right corner\"\"
    \n<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. In the campaign builder, first select your test segment. After testing the campaign with the test segment, you can adjust the segment with the correct contacts

  7. Define individual elements of the campaign\n
      \n
    1. Action: e.g. send an e-mail<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Decision: e.g. check if a contact has clicked in the email<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Condition: e.g. make a selection of contacts according to tags (interests)
      \n<\/span> \"\"<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. If you want to send an email, select “Send Email” under Actions
      \n\"\"<\/li>\n
    5. Assign a name for better overview in the campaign <\/span><\/li>\n
    6. Determine the time (immediately means as soon as someone is in the segment and the campaign is running)<\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Select the email to be sent from the dropdown<\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Transactional means that the email can be sent multiple times<\/span><\/li>\n
    9. If you want to resend the email after a certain period of time, you can add a waiting period<\/span><\/li>\n
    10. Save your campaign in the upper right corner<\/span><\/li>\n
    11. Once your campaign is ready, you can test your campaign with your test segment.<\/span><\/li>\n
    12. After testing, you can publish your campaign with the selected segment. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Campaign Best Practices<\/span><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Don’t do endless campaigns. Maximum 5\u20137 touchpoints, then send to a new campaign.<\/li>\n
      • Schedule Re-Sends. Especially if emails are not responded to, resend after a few days. <\/li>\n
      • Don’t Spam. The content presented must be clearly related to the interests of the recipients or have a designated news character. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
