This gives Claude secure access to your contacts, campaigns, emails, and other data in Aivie.

Requirements

To connect, you will need:

An Aivie installation with the MCP plugin enabled

A user account in Aivie

A Claude.ai or Claude Desktop account with support for MCP Connectors

API credentials (OAuth) from your Aivie installation

If you don’t have API credentials yet, your administrator can create them under Settings → API Credentials.

Prepare Claude

Open Claude and create a new Custom Connector.

Enter the MCP endpoint of your Aivie installation as the connection. Then select OAuth 2 as the authentication method and enter the Client ID and Client Secret from your Aivie installation’s API credentials.

You also need to add the callback used by Claude to the API credentials in Aivie.

Connect with Aivie

After configuration, click Connect and log in with your normal Aivie username and password.

Once the login is successfully completed, all shared MCP tools will be available to Claude.

Configure tool permissions

Claude allows you to set individual permissions for each connector.

We recommend allowing Claude all read actions. For write actions such as creating or modifying contacts, emails, or campaigns, you should configure Claude to ask for confirmation before every change.

What can Claude do with Aivie?

Once connected, Claude can, for example:

Search for contacts and companies

Prepare meetings

Create or optimize marketing emails

Analyze campaigns

Evaluate reports

Search segments

Update content directly in Aivie (depending on your permissions)

Which functions are available depends on the activated MCP tools as well as your user rights in Aivie.

Privacy

Aivie was developed so that only the information necessary for the respective request is transmitted to Claude.

Particularly sensitive personal data such as email addresses, last names, or company names are pseudonymized or redacted by default. Claude thus works with anonymized data without unnecessary personal information being transmitted.

You control which additional data Claude is allowed to use via the permissions of the MCP plugin and the user rights in Aivie. Write actions can also be approved separately, so that Claude asks before making changes.

This way, Aivie combines the possibilities of modern AI with privacy-friendly handling of your customer data.

Summary

With the Claude integration, you can use Aivie directly from within Claude. This allows you to research contacts, analyze campaigns, create marketing emails, or prepare for meetings without having to switch between different applications.

You can connect Aivie directly to Claude via the MCP standard (Model Context Protocol).
