Orders, customer data, products, and subscriptions can then be automatically transferred to Aivie Commerce and used for marketing automation. <\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To connect WooCommerce with Aivie, you need:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An active WooCommerce shop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An Aivie account or a Mautic instance with <a href=\"https:\/\/aivie.ch\/en\/product\/aivie-mautic-e-commerce-marketing-automation\/\">Aivie Commerce<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>Aivie for WooCommerce Plugin<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A set-up connection to Aivie via OAuth 2.0 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Full order and order synchronization is designed for <strong>Aivie Commerce<\/strong>. The Aivie Mautic e-commerce plugin stores orders, subscriptions, and products centrally, links purchases to contacts, and makes this data usable for segments and campaigns. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What does the Aivie for WooCommerce Plugin do?<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plugin connects your WooCommerce shop with Aivie. As soon as an order is created, paid for, or fails, relevant data is automatically transferred to Aivie Commerce. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This includes, for example:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact information from the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Order value and currency<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products and line items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WooCommerce Subscriptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>renewal orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Metadata from e.g. events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This allows you to trigger campaigns in Aivie, create segments, and align your communication more closely with actual purchasing behavior.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Install WooCommerce Plugin<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">First, install the <strong>Aivie for WooCommerce Plugin<\/strong> in WordPress.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Afterwards, you will find the settings in your WordPress admin area. Supported features include:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>new orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>paid orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>failed orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>WooCommerce Subscriptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>renewal orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>variable products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product attributes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Identify existing contacts via Mautic tracking<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Mautic tracking is already active on your website, the plugin can take over the existing <code>mtc_id<\/code> from the browser session.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is particularly helpful if a person first visits your website anonymously and later purchases in the WooCommerce checkout.
