With the HubSpot plugin, you can synchronize your contacts very easily.<\/p>\n\n<!--more-->\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Functionality \/ Use Cases  <\/h3>\n\n<p>The plugin enables the following functions:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regularly<\/strong> synchronize contacts <strong>from HubSpot<\/strong> to Aivie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synchronize a contact <strong>from a campaign<\/strong> to HubSpot when a certain status is reached. For example, when the contact views a certain product on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synchronize the contact to HubSpot <strong>when submitting a form<\/strong>. For example, if the contact adjusts their contact details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Synchronize contacts from Aivie to HubSpot when a certain <strong>lead score<\/strong> is reached<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For example, the sales team can work in HubSpot CRM while the marketing team works in Aivie. Contact data is always maintained in HubSpot. And the leads are shared with HubSpot or the sales team when events (triggers) are reached.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to connect Aivie with HubSpot<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/developers.hubspot.de\/docs\/api\/private-apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Create<\/a> a <a href=\"https:\/\/developers.hubspot.de\/docs\/api\/private-apps\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">private app<\/a> in HubSpot<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insert access token for Aivie in the HubSpot plugin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The configuration of the HubSpot plugin Save &amp; Close<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reopen the configuration of the HubSpot plugin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure desired fields (incl. user-defined fields) for synchronization<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access rights \/ scopes<\/h3>\n\n<p>In the HubSpot app, you must configure which areas Aivie has access to. This means that the changes made in Aivie may be overwritten by HubSpot with the next regular synchronization.
