You can create a “Contact Preference Settings Page” by marking a landing page accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is an example of an “Update Settings” page, i.e. a Preference Center page:<\/p>\n\n

Create a new landing page and then select “Set as preference center page” under the landing page settings<\/p>\n\n

You can now design your individual page using the Landing Page Builder. You can find out how this works in detail on Mautic<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n

However, you will probably want to use at least the following tokens:<\/p>\n\n

Landing Page Token<\/th>Description<\/th><\/tr><\/thead>
{leadidentifier}<\/td>Name of the contact<\/td><\/tr>
{segmentlist}<\/td>A list of all public segments \/ topics for which the contact can subscribe or unsubscribe<\/td><\/tr>
{channelfrequency}<\/td>Whether and how often the contact would like to be contacted<\/td><\/tr>
{saveprefsbutton}<\/td>The button to save<\/td><\/tr>
{successmessage}<\/td>The location where the confirmation message should be displayed when the contact has pressed Save.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n

In the Aivie example, we have also included a form where the contact can update their data. A form can be integrated using the token {form=ID}. <\/p>\n\n

Use Preference Center Page<\/h2>\n\n

In your e-mails and newsletters you can add the following URL {unsubscribe_url} as a link for “Update settings” and “Unsubscribe”.<\/p>\n\n

You can then select your preference center page in the newsletter and email settings.<\/p>\n\n
