Why isn’t the [First Name] being resolved in the sent email?

If you send an email via “Send Example”, the [First Name] field will not be resolved yet.

However, this is only the case in the test. If you send the email to yourself via the contacts, you can check whether the [First Name] field is resolved correctly. If your preview shows the parameter in this style [First Name], the system has correctly recognized the parameter.
