Check whether the option “Convert embedded images to Base64” is activated.
We recommend that you integrate your images into the e-mail via URL and not as “Base64”. By default, the images are loaded via URL. However, it is possible to change this in the email settings.
If your images are not displayed in the emails, check whether you have activated the following option and deactivate it if necessary:
