If images aren’t being displayed, you can include a link to the browser view directly in the email using the token {webview_url}.
How do I link to the browser view?

Especially with image-heavy emails, it can happen that individual recipients have images blocked. In this case, you can elegantly refer them to the browser view.
Practical example:
→ You should see the photo with the lineup here. If not, load the image or open the email in your browser. And make sure you don’t fall off your chair.
To make “open the email in your browser” work, follow these steps:
- Highlight the relevant text (e.g., “open the email in your browser”).
- Click on the link icon in the Email Builder.
- Select “Token” as the type.
- Insert
{webview_url}. - Optional: Activate “Open in new window.”
- Save your changes.
What happens technically in the background?
The token {webview_url} is automatically replaced by an individual URL during sending. All recipients receive a personalized online version of the email.
This ensures that:
- the entire layout is displayed correctly
- all images are visible
- even forwarded emails are displayed cleanly
Summary
Include a normal link in your text and use the token {webview_url}. This allows recipients to open the email in their browser at any time if images are not displayed.
