Aivie has two passwords: Aivie Website Account for everything related to ordering and Aivie Tool for your marketing automation. You can also find the URL to your Aivie Tool in your Account.
Change website password
In the website account you will find everything related to the order.
When you order Aivie, you will receive a website password, which you can set yourself via a link in the email. If you have forgotten it, you can reset it yourself using the password forgotten function.
You can use your email address and password to log in to the website and view your order and subscriptions.
You can reach this account via aivie.ch/account.
Change Aivie Tool password
You will receive your initial tool password from us by email after setting up your server.
If you have forgotten your password, you can change it using the password forgotten function when logging in to your Aivie.
If you are already logged in, you can change it as follows:
- Click on the drop-down menu at the top right of your name
- Click Account
- Change and confirm password
- Save
If you are not yet able to send emails with Aivie, contact us and we will reset your password for you.
